A Limited Edition of 50, he is is Number 10.
This wonderful Beaver Valley Bear has an articulated jaw so his mouth can open and close.

The Santa, Bear and Goat Cart Set was part of a Christmas Display for over 25 years and the Santa Claus shows signs of wear, but still in a nice displayable condition given his age. Under his sheepskin beard, the Santa is Hand signed by the artist, Shelie Robertson (McCall).

Signed by Shelie Robertson 1995.
Seated Santa Claus in cream brocade with sheepskin edged robes. Large cape, fancy belt with light grey crystal. Holding light grey chamois sack with decorations, toys. Blue eyes with a full beard of sheepskin, with the artist's signature under it, sheepskin mustache and hair. Sheepskin feet are showing wear at the seams.

This magnificent 1994 Santa comes with a RARE wonderful Original Vintage cream plush Beaver Valley Polar bear by Kaylee Nilan with articulated jaw!
29 x 17 inch, with black eyes, and Kaylee's famous articulated jaw and teeth.
Features:
Hinged mouth with teeth and tongue.
Handcast claws.
Flexible armature.

The polar bear is on all fours, pulling an antique all original wooden children's goat cart from Maine from the late 1800's. Wood goat cart measures 65 x 27 inch. Wheels measure 18 inches. It has a brown leather harness and straps with studs, in fair shape given its age.

Stone Soup Santas were the covers of the Christmas Neiman Marcus catalogs for many years. Their Santas have hand-casted heads and hands, with stuffed bodies and limbs, are dressed in vintage clothing and fabrics, with vintage Christmas sacks of toys that Shelie finds at antique shows and fleamarkets.
